Responsibilities
  • Develop markets and maintain clients for cold-rolled, silicon steel, color-coated, end plate and PC bar products; meet annual targets;
  • Track contract fulfillment and receivables, nurture key accounts and repeat business.
Requirements
  • Steel or building-materials sales experience; steel-trading or downstream processor resources preferred;
  • Resilient, travel-ready, with strong commercial negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full export cycle: inquiries, quotations, order execution and documentary settlement;
  • Attend Canton Fair and other exhibitions; maintain key overseas clients.
Requirements
  • Major in international trade / English; CET-6 or fluent business English;
  • Familiar with export procedures and L/C settlement; steel export experience preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Optimize hot/cold rolling line process parameters and product quality;
  • Lead new product trials, process documentation and cost-reduction projects.
Requirements
  • Major in materials forming or metal pressure processing;
  • Familiar with rolling processes and line equipment; mill experience preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain line electrical equipment and troubleshoot to keep production stable;
  • Implement PLC commissioning and automation upgrade projects.
Requirements
  • Major in electrical automation; proficient with Siemens / Schneider PLC;
  • Mill electrical O&M experience preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Inspect raw materials and finished products as the final quality gate;
  • Join ISO audits, analyze customer complaints and track corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Familiar with silicon steel / color-coated standards and test methods;
  • ISO9001 internal auditor certificate preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Rotate through production, QC, warehousing and logistics;
  • Groomed to become workshop supervisors and production managers.
Requirements
  • Engineering graduates from the current year;
  • Down-to-earth, committed to manufacturing, open to base assignment.
