Zhongshan YIMA Hardware Co., Ltd. founded. The YIMA business started from end-plate manufacturing, establishing the foundation of 'rooted in end plates'.

2003

Jiangsu YIMA Casting & Forging Co., Ltd. founded, the group's first step from Guangdong to the whole country.

2005

Jurong YIMA Hardware Products Co., Ltd. founded.

2007

Tianjin YIMA Metal Products Co., Ltd. founded, completing the footprint across the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze Delta and Bohai Rim.

2009

Zhongshan YIMA manufactures pile end plates with its proprietary large-scale hot-rolling and hot-forming invention patent, establishing industry leadership.

2010

Jurong YIMA commences production, becoming one of the largest and most advanced end-plate plants using large-scale hot-rolling and hot-forming.

2011

Jurong Zhongsheng Strip Technology Co., Ltd. founded, opening the strip-steel business.

2016

Guangdong Jingubang Pile Foundation and Wuzhou Guidu Renewable Resources founded; Wuzhou YIMA Hardware founded; Zhongshan YIMA PC steel bar base completed; Liaoning YIMA founded, completing the national end-plate layout.

2018

Zhongshan YIMA Hardware renamed Guangdong YIMA Group Co., Ltd.; Zhongshan Liuliuliu Intelligent Equipment founded; Wuzhou YIMA recommissioned as China's leading end-plate integrated steel plant with legal capacity, EAF melting and continuous casting-rolling; Jurong Zhongsheng commences production.

2019

Guangxi Xunjiang Industrial Co., Ltd. founded for highly automated, intelligent end-plate manufacturing.

2020

Guangdong YIMA Holdings Group Co., Ltd. founded; Sitier Trade, Xingsheng Electromagnetic and Jiuli Electromagnetic founded; Guangdong YIMA Group recognized as a Zhongshan headquarters enterprise.

2021

Zhenjiang YIMA New Materials founded; Guangdong YIMA Holdings Group becomes the flagship of the YIMA business.

2022

Wuzhou YIMA and Xunjiang first named among Guangxi Top-100 private and manufacturing enterprises; Zhongshan Zhongsheng Strip founded, building China's largest private non-oriented electrical steel base; the group headquarters building completed, marking the start of group-scale operations.

2023

Jiangsu Jingubang Metal Technology founded; Wuzhou YIMA's high-speed wire line commissioned, China's first EAF-based PC bar feedstock production; the first private oriented silicon-steel high-temperature annealing ring furnace starts construction at Jiangsu Zhongsheng; Tianjin YIMA Northern New Materials, Jiangsu Liuqianli New Materials and Wuzhou Zhongdu founded; Guangdong Zhongsheng named a Zhongshan leading manufacturing enterprise.

2025

Jiangsu Liuqianli New Materials and Guangdong Kaima Precision Manufacturing founded for precision guide rails and hinges under the 'higher, deeper, stronger' strategy.

2026

Zhenjiang YIMA renamed Jiangsu YIMA New Materials; Jiangsu Zhongsheng's normalizing-pickling line ignited, a key breakthrough in the silicon-steel chain.
