From March 26 to 31, 2026, YIMA Holdings Group convened its 2026 Annual Economic Work Conference online and on site, with 202 delegates including the chairman, HQ managers, general managers and sales staff; all group managers attended the closing session.
Themed "Development and Competition", the conference ran seven dedicated sessions covering debriefings, end-plate production/technology/safety, end-plate sales, strip-steel production/technology/safety, strip-steel sales, warehousing and human resources, with 98 delegates presenting.
The chairman reviewed the group's 2025 results and analyzed the current economic outlook, deploying the key tasks for 2026. In 2025 YIMA people continued the policy of "full load, fixing weaknesses, promoting development", laying a solid foundation for high-quality growth. Looking at 2026, the chairman laid out nine reasons for optimism and four factors for caution, concluding with a "cautiously optimistic+" outlook.
The conference focused on four themes: planning as the foundation, digitalization as the trend, service as the key and improvement as the goal. Based on 25 years of experience, the chairman set the strategy of the sixth five-year plan as "higher, deeper, stronger" and the 2026 policy of "full load, fixing weaknesses, strengthening strengths, promoting development".
"An enterprise that keeps rising must seek development through competition and handle competition through development." The chairman encouraged everyone to push forward with conviction and achieve new leaps in fierce market competition, closing the conference with Zheng Banqiao's poem Bamboo and Rock.
