3+ years on multi-color offset presses; familiar with process/spot printing and color management; independent make-ready and batch color matching.
Skilled in AI / PS / CDR; familiar with packaging die-lines and prepress standards; packaging experience preferred.
Responsible and communicative; coordinate customer orders and production schedules; industry experience preferred.
Familiar with print inspection standards; sharp eye for color, register and surface defects; shift work required.
Familiar with automatic gluing lines — setup and operation, able to handle common box-style issues independently.
Experienced in color box / sleeve structure development with sampling follow-up; box-design software skills preferred.
