QA Department Supervisor
- 5+ years QA management experience in electronics factories, familiar with the ISO9001 system;
- Strong communication skills, able to handle customer quality issues independently;
- Proficient in the 7 QC tools and SPC statistical process control.
Assistant Engineer (Engineering)
- College degree or above in mechanical or electronic majors;
- Fan or heatsink industry experience preferred; skilled in CAD/SolidWorks;
- Self-motivated, responsible, with good communication skills.
QE Engineer
- Familiar with quality engineering processes; able to establish inspection specs and reliability test plans independently;
- QE experience with thermal products preferred;
- Good English reading/writing is a plus.
IPQC / IQC
- Experience in in-process or incoming inspection in electronics factories;
- Able to read simple part drawings and use common measuring tools;
- High school or above; fresh graduates trainable.
PE Technician
- Responsible for process maintenance and improvement; handle production anomalies independently;
- Fan assembly or injection molding experience preferred;
- Hard-working and able to match production pace.
Production Line Leader
- Aged 22–28, high school or above, with line-lead experience in electronics factories;
- Self-motivated, responsible, with communication skills.
Warehouse Material Clerk
- Aged 18–30;
- Hard-working with responsibility and team awareness; sensitive to numbers;
- Material clerk experience preferred.
Injection Molding Line Leader
- 2+ years on-site experience in injection molding; able to operate and debug molding machines;
- Understand defect causes of plastic parts and adjust parameters to eliminate them;
- Arrange shifts to deliver quality and quantity; manage 5S and equipment maintenance.
Injection Molding Technician
- Skilled in operating molding machines; complete product debugging independently;
- Solve various problems found in production independently;
- 3+ years as an injection molding technician preferred.
QC (QA Dept.)
- 2+ years inspection experience in injection molding; understand basic plastic part properties;
- Able to read simple drawings and use common measuring tools;
- High school or above; fresh graduates trainable.
Injection Feeding Operator
- Aged 25–35, healthy, able to adapt to two shifts;
- Junior high or above; relevant experience preferred.
Production Planning Clerk
- College degree or above with relevant experience;
- Familiar with production scheduling and material follow-up; skilled in office software.
