From August 15 to 19, 2025, YIMA Holdings Group convened its 2025 Reform and Innovation Work Conference online and on site, with 114 delegates including the chairman, HQ department heads, company general managers and engineering staff.
The conference received 187 technical-upgrade and reform proposals, with 21 senior managers and 69 proposers presenting reports. Delegates exchanged ideas on technical innovation, quality improvement, equipment upgrading, digital transformation and management optimization, consolidating consensus and unlocking innovation momentum.
In his speech the chairman fully recognized the outcomes and analyzed the situation with four keywords: persist, break through, act decisively and hope - never wavering from reform and innovation; competing on management, cost control and quality service; optimizing the industrial layout strategically and breaking bottlenecks tactically; and pushing projects forward with urgency, because only continuous development provides a stable platform for employees and unlimited possibilities for the future.
The chairman closed the conference with the words: while life goes on, development never stops; and while development never stops, reform and innovation never stop - inspiring everyone to move forward with conviction on YIMA's new journey.
